Fun Friday - 27th March

Calling all Taggers and Snaggers!!

Today is.....

FUN FRIDAY!

A day where anything goes.
Snaggers, just send in shares of tubes, fonts or something you think the Taggers could use.
Taggers, you can create from anything you like - even the shares the snaggers send in if you like. Or you can even share yourselves!  Anything that takes your fancy.
Fun Friday is all about having fun - a free-for-all kind of fun.
Friends, this is YOUR day to do what you would like to.
So have fun!

Cheers

Thursday Tubes - 26th March

OK snaggers, this is where you can join in the fun...
...because today is THURSDAY TUBES!!

That's right, all you have to do is to share a tube with the rest of us, relating in some way to the Weekly Theme. Which is...
"Somewhere over the Rainbow"

Now that isn't to say it has to be a "rainbow" tube as such - just a tube that relates to the theme. For example, something bright, cheery and colourful is Rainbow-related; a pot of gold is Rainbow-related; wealth and treasures or even a touch of fantasy.
Things that you would associate being found OVER a rainbow. Does that help?

Now here are my contributions as an example. Snag if you wish; tag if you like.

So happy snagging and tagging!

Cheers

Whatever Wednesday - 25th March

Sorry I'm late. Hubbyitis. LOL
Anyway, here is your Whatever Wednesday challenge.
I have uploaded a zippled file of FOUR preset shapes.  When you download them save them to your PSP's Preset Shapes folder.

And your challenge is....to make a tag using any one of the shapes!

And remember - any questions...just ask myself or my silent partner here Tootypup (tehehehe).
Enjoy...and we look forward to seeing what you come up with.

Tuesday Tutorials - 24th March

Hello Friends!
Here are your Tuesday tutorials! I hope you enjoy them. The Beginner one is another way of doing Text on a Path, but a different kind rather than the one I showed you...and actually this is different to how I do text on a path too so hey, even I learnt something. lol  The Intermediate is one of my own that I have written. I look forward to seeing what you come up with. And don't forget you can incorporate the Rainbow Theme into any of these - you do not have to use the supplies in the tutorials.  Be creative - make them your own!

Beginner - "Glowing Text on a Path"

Intermediate - "Beautiful Springtime"

Advanced - "Tattoo"

Cheers

Mystery Monday - 23rd March

Welcome friends!
For new members - so glad you could join us here at Back to the Drawing Board.  For the older ones - good to see you all again. It's about time we get this show on the road, isn't it? We took a break back in August last year that was supposed to last till October, but then I had to send my beloved dog to Rainbow Bridge at the end of September, and the year was just a bit of a blur after that.
BUT....in any event, we are back! And we are back with a vengeance! *g*  As you know with WOSIB closing we have gained many of the SOD and Creators members from there, and in the last few days our membership has sky-rocketted!  Which is wonderful to see.  I did another sweep last night with invitations and found my Inbox full of applications this morning.

OK, so what's on the agenda, you might ask?  Today I bring you the Weekly theme and the first challenge of the week and for the newly revived "Back to the Drawing Board" - which we just called "Drawing Board" for short.

The theme this week is "Somewhere over the Rainbow" which you will see posted at the top of the page.  This will remain there for the entire week, afterwhich it will be replaced next Monday with a new theme.  The idea of the theme is to create anything this week using that theme, and on Thursday, to send in any tubes relating to the theme.  Think you can do it? *g*

Now for our challenge....
Something a little simple to begin with....some of you have asked me in the past how do I get my text in a curve around my tags.  So I thought for this challenge:

This is the website tutorial I used when I first learnt how to write text on a curve. It is very simple and easy to follow.

So what do we have to start with?

This Week's Theme:
"Somewhere over the Rainbow"

Challenge:
To make a tag (or stat for those who make stats) using "Text on a Curve"

When you're done, just post back through the list!  Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

Cheers
